Falvin

Danish, jewellery-minded titanium frames, handmade in Japan with precious accents.

The story

Birgitte Falvin spent years in jewellery, couture and styling before moving into eyewear, bringing a jeweller's eye for precious finishes. With a business partner she launched FALVIN at Silmo Paris in 2015, and a sunglass from the debut line, SHADE, was shortlisted for a Silmo d'Or that same year. The frames are designed in Denmark and handmade in titanium in Japan, then finished with precious platings and, on some models, diamonds. The family-owned company is based in Hillerød, north of Copenhagen, and has a design studio in Switzerland.
